NMBAQC Year 18 Components 

The application form and module costs for Benthic Invertebrates, Particle Size Analysis, Fish and Macroalgae can be found on the Year 18 Information Note and Application Form. If you would like to take part in any of the modules for these scheme components please complete the application form and return it to: NMBAQC Finance Manager, Amanda Prior

Year 18 Scheme Component Module Participation

Invertebrate and Particle Size Components:

  • Full Scheme (Five Modules)
  • Macrobenthic (MB) module
  • Particle Size (PS) module
  • Ring Test (RT) module
  • Own Sample (OS) module

  • Lab Reference (LR) module

Other information:

  • Shared membership available for groups up to 3 individual self-employed analysts.
  • For the Own Sample module of the Benthic Invertebrate Component, a sole trader can participate at the concessionary cost of £1000 for single person taking part.
  • For European participants prices will be at current exchange rates.
  • Note: Courrier charges for samples are charged in addition to participation please see the information note and application form for further details.

Epibiota Component:

  • Opportunistic macroalgae cover ring test (OMC-RT) module - Training exercise (Timing: February 2012)
  • Opportunistic macroalgae biomass ring test (OMB-RT) module - Training exercise (Timing: February 2012)
